Professor Carolyn Barr of the Broward Community College Central Campus English Department. Prior to joining BCC, Prof. Barr taught English for over ten years to a diverse array of students such as speakers of English as a Second Language, learning disabled students, graduate students, and prison inmates. She was also an adjunct instructor of English at Miami-Dade College, St. Thomas University, and at Northwood University, where she also worked as an academic advisor.
